Delivery times for shoes (from when your order is placed). Please remember your shoes are handmade to order and in busy periods the wait can be a little longer as we are only able to make a certain amount of shoes at one time, we are only a very small team of 3 people. We will give you a completion date when your order is placed. If you would like to know before you order, no problem, just contact us and we will tell you the current date.
UK : Our normal lead time for shoes made to order is around 3 – 6 weeks but at the moment it is around 6 – 10 weeks due to COVID restrictions which can affect our small business at any time.
Europe, Eire, and Rest of the World: Our normal lead time for shoes made to order is around 3 – 6 weeks but at the moment it is around 6 – 10 weeks due to COVID restrictions. Please allow longer for delivery. Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country’s tax and valuation method.
Delivery costs for shoes (tracked and insured)
UK Parcelforce = £11.00
UK Royal Mail (off mainland/ highlands) = £13
Europe and Eire = £22
Rest of the World = £32
Please note due to Brexit, parcels going outside the UK may take a little longer to get through and you may need to pay a customs charge upon parcel delivery.
SHOES are delivered using Parcel Force or Royal Mail special delivery depending on your location. There is insurance and tracking included in the cost.
Please note we are unable to cover the cost of any postage unless an item is faulty.
Delivery cost for accessories
Accessories that are ready made will be posted within 3 days of when the order is placed at a cost of £4.50 for 2nd class signed for in the UK and £10 for Europe and EIRE.
If we are hand-making your item to order delivery may take 1 – 4 weeks. If you are ordering accessories outside of Europe the charge will be £25. The amount not used on postage will then be refunded to you as we are unable to accurately price the cost of sending accessories to all parts of the world until we have been to the local post office.
Choose this option if you wish to pick up your items at our Totnes shop. We will email you when your items are ready to be collected, or give you a date for collection if your product (such as shoes or Conker bags) needs to be made.
