SHOES CAN NOT BE RETURNED IF THEY HAVE BEEN WORN OUTSIDE AND DISPLAY SIGNS OF WEAR. If you are unsure of the fit please wear them around the house first. Please telephone us within 4 weeks on 01803 862490 or email us email@example.com if they don’t fit correctly. We will advise you on the next steps to take.
For standard-sized shoes, we will alter, remake or refund the cost if they are returned to us unworn and in a saleable condition within 28 days. We do not cover the cost of postage unless an item is proved to be faulty.
Modified fitted shoes (non-standard size)
If there is an alteration that needs making we will alter or remake the shoes for you if they are returned to us unworn within 28 days of receiving them. Please note that sometimes modified shoes need adjusting after they have been made. If after two subsequent alterations to your shoes the fit is not to your satisfaction we will be happy to refund you the cost of the shoes. We will not refund the bespoke charge to cover our labour.
Shoes bought in the shop in our annual sale are non-returnable and are sold as seen.
Shoes bought online in our annual shoe sale can be returned. Please return them within 10 days of purchase.
Clothing returns online
Clothes bought online can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please note we aren’t currently able to offer free returns. The cheapest way of posting your items back is by Royal Mail 2nd class.
Clothing returns in store
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. We will offer you a refund or credit note if goods are brought back within 14 days of purchase for their in-store value at the time of return. Returned goods must be unused and in their unopened manufacturers packaging with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase. Sale goods are not returnable.
